Six years ago yesterday, I went over to Nick\'s house and played a few songs for him, including one of my new ones, Serenade in Silence. Now we\'ve just finished a gorgeous recording of it. Working on this album is so incredible - we\'re finishing songs we\'ve been performing for years, and finally developing them properly. It\'s magical.

What an incredible year, thus far, is 2010. Our album, our baby, the culmination of five years\' hard work, is finally nearing completion. We are fortunate enough to have access to our own professional recording studio, and besides to obvious YAY in terms of cost and freedom to rerecord the same lines over and over until they\'re perfect, there\'s the problem of \"damn, we could record, but we have homework, groceries, home renos, banking, laundry and drinking to take care of.\" Two of us are in school, two of us are homeowners, and we\'re all perfectionists, as well as all being great drinkers. So this beautiful thing we\'re creating has taken an exquisitely long time. But it is now April 2010, and our CD release party is slated for late June. We are positively wetting ourselves with excitement. We are also wetting ourselves with gratitude for all of our loyal friends, fans, and crew members who have stuck by us from the beginning, coming to shows, running merch tables, hauling gear, running lights or sound, taking pictures, talking us up, and singing along. Extra thanks go to everyone who helped us with our music video for The Dragon-Slayer, which will be screened, doubtless to great applause and acclaim, at the CD release party. You\'re all amazing, and we promise the album is going to rock to our full rocking ability! Stay tuned!
